ELECTRIC VEHICLES AT THE EARTH FEST AT THE UNIVERSITY
OF MAINE AT MACHIAS ON SUNDAY, APRIL 26th, 2009
Fred and Dennis of T&S Trikes were there with several trikes for the public to
try out, including their latest model called the ‘Slipper’

Here you can see the six 7 amp hour SLA batteries wired series, parallel and the
two motor controllers, one for each of its two electric motors. This first Slipper
included a pink trunk requested by Fred’s wife.
This model has a solar panel on the roof which can supply most of the
power to recharge the batteries as this student tries it out
Here another student is enjoying a sojourn in this pedal/electric trike
